The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
In short, No. Here's why:
We operate on a weekly release schedule, dropping new episodes every Monday at 8 PM. Each episode features a limited collection available for purchase only during the week of its release. Once the 7-day window ends, the products are delisted and never restocked. This approach ensures exclusivity and keeps our offerings fresh and dynamic.
My purchased item is damaged. What should I do?
Sorry to hear that! Visit our Return Portal and follow the steps to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
Confirmation emails can take a couple of hours. Check your spam folder, and if it's still missing, contact us at cs@muddymillions.com.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Once an order is processed, we can't make changes. If you change your mind, you can return the item via our Return Portal.
I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and corrected address. We'll do our best to assist you.
What is the current status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking info once it's shipped.
I'm expecting a parcel but it hasn't been delivered. What should I do?
Check the tracking link provided via email. If there are issues, contact the shipping company and then us if needed.
What is the delivery time of my order?
UK orders typically arrive within 1 to 4 working days. International orders may take longer.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK, EU countries, North America, and the MENA region.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on location and will be provided during checkout.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoice is in your order confirmation email and account. Contact us if you need another copy.
Will there be any additional costs to my order?
EU orders are all good. For orders outside the EU, there might be additional customs fees.
Do I need to set up an account to order online?
No, but it's recommended for convenience and loyalty benefits.
How do I create/delete my account?
